PURPOSE: A water treatment agent composition for inhibiting corrosion and microorganism is provided, which can inhibit corrosion by 10-60 times than existing corrosion inhibitors by inhibiting anode-cathode reaction, electrochemical reaction that occurs on the surface of metal and also exhibits microorganism sterilizing effects of 10¬4 to 10¬8 than that of existing compositions. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 0.05-14% of isothiazolinon of chemical formula 1, wherein R is hydrogen or chlorine, 0.5-50% (based on orthophosphate ion) of phosphate, 0.05-20% (based on zinc ion) of zinc salt selected from zinc chloride, zinc sulfate and zinc nitrate and 0.1-50% (based on phosphonate ion) of phosphonate selected from phosphono butane tricarboxylic acid, hydroxy ethylene diphosphonic acid, hydroxy phosphono carboxylic acid, amino trimethylene phosphonic acid and ethylene diamine tetramethylidine phosphonic acid.
