PURPOSE: An impact beam of a vehicle door is provided to absorb the impact generated at a side surface of the vehicle by a predetermined degree, and break the impact beam over the predetermined degree not to be pushed into a vehicle room, thereby protecting passengers from the impact and the impact beam when an impact is applied to the side surface of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An impact beam of a vehicle door includes an impact absorption structure formed of a plurality of cut grooves(15) for breaking an impact beam(10) when an impact over a predetermined degree is applied to a side of the impact beam, thereby preventing the injury of passengers due to the impact beam which is pushed into a vehicle room in case of collision.
