PURPOSE: A lottery system using an Internet network is provided to enable a participant to take an interest in a lottery by enabling the participant to select a lottery number desired and to directly draw lots at a moment's notice. CONSTITUTION: Personal items of a lottery participant are registered in a homepage of a lottery site downloaded to a user computer connected to a server host through the Internet(10). It is connected to an advertisement site suitable for the lottery participant. An advertisement is displayed to the participant for a fixed time by force. After that, a button capable of being passed to a next site is displayed(12). The lottery participant voluntarily selects the ratio of winning numbers. The lottery participant directly select numbers of the lottery. A drawing of the lotteries is performed. A prizewinner inputs information in order to receive an amount of money relevant to a winning ticket.
