PURPOSE: A method for preparing a hat with improved productivity is provided to unify the number of pieces for the head cover and to reduce processes sharply. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a hat with improved productivity comprises the steps of: (i) preparing a material(10) by weaving an outer cover made of polyester resin and an inner cloth made of thermoplastic resin in a ratio of 3:1, and forming the material(10) into a needed shape; (ii) putting the material(10) in a mold, and heating the mold(20) with a burner(30) at 80-120deg.C for 10-15 minutes, and then cooling rapidly; and (iii) sewing a band to remove sweat around the bottom of the formed material, and then sewing a brim on its one side.
