CONVECTION DEVICE OF MICROWAVE OVEN

PURPOSE: A convection device of a microwave oven is provided to evenly heat an object with uniformly distributed heat by forming smooth airflows in a cavity. CONSTITUTION: A heater chamber(30) is installed in the upper portion of a cavity(20), and heaters(32a,32b) and an axial flow fan(34) are installed in the heater chamber. The axial flow fan is inclined to form an airflow facing the side of the cavity. A fan guide(36) is slantingly installed to divide a part for airflow from a part for heaters. The upper end of the fan guide is formed as an orifice portion(36a) on the circumference of the axial flow fan. Thus, the axial flow fan accelerates the velocity of the airflow supplied into the cavity. Due to the inclination of the axial flow fan, an airflow forming a circle from one side to the other side is formed. Therefore, uniform heat supply is possible and food(F) on a tray(49) is heated evenly.
