PURPOSE:To conduct the subject mushroom's processing without impairing its taste and flavor and without damaging its shape. CONSTITUTION:Stocks of Hypsizygusm armoreus are disaggregated, being put to steam treatment and softened, followed by recovering a liquid extract produced abter the steam treatment. The solid matter of the Hypsizygusm armoreus put to steam treatment is sorted, and the liquid extract and the resultant solid matter are put into a packaging bag, sealed, deaerated and then thermally sterilized. |
