PURPOSE:To mitigate the generation of a rapid discharging phenomenon caused by peeling electrification at the time of peeling an electron parts from a mounting stand and furthermore to mitigate contact electrification between the electron parts and mounting stand. CONSTITUTION:Alumina powder is thermal-sprayed with powder having <=150mum particle size obtd. by mixing conductive oxide powder and metallic oxide powder to form a porous body having 1 to 20% porosity on the surface of the mother body of a mounting body. After that, the porous body is ground to produce a flat mounting face, by which the mounting face is constituted so as to regulate the maximum height of the surface roughness to >=10mum and the surface electric resistance value to 10<6> to 10<10>OMEGA.cm. |
