PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high contrast reflection type liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: A reflection type liquid crystal display device characterized in that plural drive electrodes 110 formed in a matrix form on one substrate of a pair of substrates 101 are connected to an insulating film via through-holes formed thereon, and on the other substrate of the pair of substrates 101, light- shielding films 114 are formed at the positions opposed to concave parts of the drive electrodes 110 produced by said through-holes. |
