PURPOSE: A measurement jig of a device for measuring wheel alignment of a vehicle is provided to be stably and precisely fixed to wheel stud bolts by wheel fixing elements for removing any additional adjustment work, thereby precisely and conveniently measuring the wheel alignment of a large-sized vehicle having a large displacement. CONSTITUTION: A measurement jig of a device for measuring wheel alignment of a vehicle includes a plurality of wheel fix elements(6) to be fixed by stud bolts(4) which fixes a wheel to a vehicle axle, a circular plate(8) formed with a plurality of slots with a uniform interval in a peripheral direction to be coupled with the wheel fix elements, fixing bolts(10) coupled in the slots of the circular plate for fixing the circular plate to the wheel fixing elements, and a displacement sensor(12) mounted in the center of the circular plate for sensing the displacement of the wheel.
