PURPOSE: Provided is a pitch-type apparatus for correcting the defected or depressed part of bone, which is fastened to the bone, recovers the bone by increasing a gap between bones and promoting the growth of the bone and reduces operation time and pains of a patient. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a fixing part(100) including a first and a second fixing devices(110,115) arranged to be paralleled with each other for fixing both side bones of the gap, and a transferring part(105) removably installed at the fixing part and composed of a guide rail(210), a tracking device(220) and a plate spring(230), which is operated from the outside for increasing a gap between the bones. The first fixing device is about 35mm in width to be moved freely and minimize the burden of a patient and each edge of the fixing part and the transferring part is formed into a circular shape to prevent the patient from being damaged by the apparatus.
