METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING AND REPAIRING REFRACTORY MATERIALS OF TAPPING HOLE IN BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE: A method for constructing and repairing refractory materials of the tapping hole in a blast furnace is provided to reduce maintenance cost and extend the life cycle of the blast furnace by changing installation method of the refractory materials consisting the tapping hole of the blast furnace, thereby decreasing troubles and extending the life cycle of the tapping hole. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a tapping hole dismantling step of removing a stamp material constructed at a tapping hole extension part corresponding to the center position of the tapping hole; mold frame installation step of installing a mold frame having a certain shape based on the center of the tapping hole at the stamp material removed area; construction step of infusing castable to which moisture and wire core for preventing explosion and tear are added into the mold frame in a high density; primarily curing step of curing the castable; mold removing step of removing the mold; stamping step of constructing a stamping material for absorbing impact applied during closing of the tapping hole in a reverse taper shape; and forming step of forming a tapping hole surface.
