PURPOSE: Installing structure of a base plate and a pad is provided to combine the base plate with the pad exactly and easily and to reduce an operating time by forming uneven parts. CONSTITUTION: Uneven parts(12) are formed in a base plate(11) and a pad(20). Depressions are larger than prominences to easily insert the prominences in the depressions. The pad(20) is inserted in the base plate(11) by gearing the uneven parts(12). Thereby, the pad(20) is combined with a housing(10) integrally. The housing(10) is fixed in a car body(100). Thereby, the pad(20) is installed in the base plate(11) easily and exactly.
