摘要 |
PURPOSE: A circuit is provided to receive a high voltage from the outside and program an anti-fuse using a NC(Not Connect) pin which is not used at a chip operation, so stably operating a device with high voltage. CONSTITUTION: The circuit includes a power up detecting circuit(41), a power up pulse circuit(51), an anti-fuse programming circuit(31), an NC pin, a pad and a diode(D). The power up detecting circuit generates a power stabilizing signal by detecting a power voltage. The power up pulse circuit generates first and second controlling signals according to the power stabilizing signal. The anti-fuse programming circuit detects and latches whether an anti-fuse device is programmed or not according to the first and second controlling signals and programs the anti-fuse device by an external high voltage and a pre-charging signal. An external high voltage is applied to the NC pin for programming the anti-fuse device. The pad is to apply the external high voltage applied to the NC pin to the inside of a chip. The diode connects the external high voltage to an anti-fuse programming circuit and prevents a voltage of the anti-fuse programming circuit from being flowed backward to the NC pin.
