PURPOSE: An oil filler cap is provided to easily mount and remove an oil filler cap by making the oil filler cap easily inserted into an oil filler, to improve the sealing efficiency of the oil filler cap and the oil filler, and to prevent loss of the oil filler cap by combining the oil filler cap with the oil filler. CONSTITUTION: An oil filler(2) is formed on a cylinder head cover(1). A combining part(3) is protruded onto the upper face of the oil filler. A cam body(5) is rotatably combined to the combining part to open and close the oil filler. A movable diaphragm(7) is formed to close the central upper end of the cap body. Sealing rubber(8) combined to the lower face of the diaphragm and received in the inner central portion of the cap body closes the oil filler when the cap body is combined with the oil filler. A gasket(9) is formed on the outer face of the sealing rubber. A combining groove(4) is formed on the inner face of the oil filler for insertion of the gasket. When the sealing rubber is lifted up, the diameter of the gasket is reduced and the sealing rubber is easily inserted. Therefore, the filler cap is mounted and removed easily. Moreover, the sealing efficiency between the filler cap and the oil filler is improved.
