PURPOSE: An automatic sound controller for a vehicle is provided to automatically control output sound pressure of an audio according to a noise degree inside the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An automatic sound controller comprises an indoor microphone(10) to detect noise and to output a first frequency signal; an amplifier(20) to amplify a sound signal and to output a second frequency signal; a signal analyzer to subtract the first frequency signal and the second frequency signal and to output a third frequency signal; an equalizer(40) to subtract the second frequency signal and the third frequency signal, to control sound pressure according to a predetermined octave band and to output a fourth frequency signal into the amplifier(20); and a speaker(50) to output an output signal of the amplifier(20) to be amplified the fourth frequency signal as sound. Thereby, the uniform listening feeling is obtained, the unpleasantness by noise is reduced and the riding comfort is improved.
