METHOD FOR PROCESSING CALL OF MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for processing a call of a mobile communication system is provided to improve a BHCA(Busy Hour Call Attempt) of an RNC(Radio Network Controller) by efficiently decreasing a load to an assignment of an RAB(Radio Access Bearer) when processing a transmitting call or a receiving call in the RNC. CONSTITUTION: A user equipment(UE) requests a RRC(Radio Resource Control) connection to an RNC(Radio Network Controller)(S400). The RNC instructs a radio link setup to a base station using a bearer capability variable value extracted from an improved RRC connection request message and a bearer capability table(S401). The base station responds to the radio link setup(S402). The RRC connection setup is performed between the UE and the RNC(S403). The UE directly transmits mobile station capability information and a CM service request to the RNC(S404,S405). The RNC transmits an initial mobile station message for requesting a CM service to a core network(CN)(S406). The CN transmits a CM service acceptance message to the RNC(S407). The RNC transmits the CM service acceptance message to the UE(S408). The UE transmits a setup message to the RNC, and the RNC transmits the setup message to the CN. The CN transmits a call progress message to the RNC. The RNC transmits the call progress message to the UE.
