PURPOSE: A length controller of a seat belt buckle for a vehicle is provided to improve the appearance by protruding the buckle only when a passenger seats on a seat cushion and to increase the convenience by varying the protruded length of the buckle according to a passengers physical condition. CONSTITUTION: A pressing plate(4) is installed on a frame(2) of a seat cushion(1) through a coil spring(3). A first piston(5) is formed in the center of the pressing plate(4). The first piston(5) is inserted in a first cylinder(7) in a hydraulic conduit(6). A second piston(9) is inserted in a second cylinder(8). A supporting bar(10) is installed in the back of the seat cushion(1). A supporting slot(12) is formed in a buckle(11) and inserted in the supporting bar(10). A hydraulic pressure feeder(13) is installed between the second piston(9) and the buckle(11). In lifting the second piston(9), the buckle(11) is protruded above the seat cushion(1). Hydraulic pressure is generated in the first cylinder(7) in proportion to a passengers build. Thereby, a protruding length of the buckle(11) is maintained by corresponding to the build.
