CIRCUIT FOR GENERATING POWER-UP PULSE

PURPOSE: A circuit for generating a power-up pulse is provided to stably operate a device having the circuit by delaying a power stability signal of a power-up detection circuit and applying a plurality of control signals to a circuit detecting and latching a program of an anti-fuse. CONSTITUTION: The circuit for generating the power-up pulse includes a voltage generation portion(21), a control signal generation portion(22) and a pulse generation portion(23). The voltage generation portion generates the first and second voltages(psw,nsw) by dividing a supply voltages by using a voltage divider in response to the power stability signal(pwrup) detected by the power-up detection circuit. The control signal generation portion generates the first and second control signals by delaying and inverting the power stability signal in response to the first and second voltages. The pulse generation portion generates the third control signal by inverting and delaying the second control signal and logically combining the second control signal inverted and delayed with the second control signal and the power stability signal in response to the first and second voltages.
