PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for constructing building wall is provided to achieve an aesthetic enhancement of building wall by using a die including a stripping die. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a die(11) having a die coupling unit(6) for coupling dies with each other; a stripping die(2) disposed within the die and which allows dies to be smoothly stripped from each other; a material injection tube(7) for injecting material into the die; an anchor bolt(8) installed to the building wall; and a double-side nut rod(9) having nuts at both ends of the nut rod so as to couple the anchor bolt and the die. The die has a plurality of through holes(3), and the stripping die has a plurality of protrusions(4) penetrating through the through holes formed at the die. The stripping die is formed of a compression-molded silicon. A method comprises the steps of depositing a surface material(11) to the stripping die and allowing the surface material to be adhered to the stripping die; coupling the building wall constructing apparatus where the surface material is adhered, onto the building wall through the anchor bolt; and injecting a wall coupling material through the material injection tube.
