ERGONOMIC PILLOW

PURPOSE: An ergonomic pillow is provided to help the treatment of a cartilage and the fatigue heal as well as to support the head of a user, wherein the pillow is conveniently used for any users regardless of the physical appearance of the user by controlling the size of a pillow properly by injecting air into cartilage holes. CONSTITUTION: An ergonomic pillow includes a pillow body(110) in the shape of cushion filled with contents inside and having a predetermined space, many acupressure holes(120) symmetrically mounted at right and left parts in the pillow body with a predetermined interval for supporting the head of a user when air is injected into the inside to be expanded in volume, fixing pieces fixed outside the acupressure holes to be partially protruded to the outside of the acupressure holes for fixing the acupressure holes in the pillow body, and supplying tubes(140) connecting the acupressure holes and selectively supplying the air into the acupressure holes, and a lid(150) attached to the exposed supply tube for selectively discharging the air injected into the acupressure holes to the outside.
