PURPOSE: A novel organic metal luminous material is provided, which has excellent stability and green color luminous property. And its preparation method and an organic electricity luminous device containing the same are also provided. CONSTITUTION: The organic metal compound represented by the formula (1) is prepared by reacting a ligand compound represented by the formula (2) with a metal compound in a molar ratio of 1:1-2 in an alcohol at a temperature of 60-100 deg.C for 1-12 hours. In the formula (1) and (2), M is monovalent, bivalent, trivalent or tetravalent metal selected from the group consisting of Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, Fr, Cu, Ag, Au, Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Zn, Cd, Hg, Sc, Y, La, Ac, B, Al, Ga, In, Ti, Zr, Hf, Si, Ge, Sn and Pb; X is O, NH or S; and R1-R10 are independently same or different from one another and are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, hydroxyl group, C1-10 alkyl group, C1-10 aryl group, C6-20 hetero aromatic group, nitro group, carbonyl group, carboxyl group, sulfonate group, amino group and amide group; and n is an integer of 1-4. The organic electricity luminous device has an organic luminous layer containing the organic metal compound as a luminous material. |
