Fixing structure (1,31) for joining a column (12) or the like to a concrete structure (14) which is to be poured. Two or more anchor components (3,4) are fixed to a fixing plate which is also provided with adjusting means. The plate is cast into the concrete with the anchor components. The column or the like is brought into the correct position with the aid of the adjusting means. The gap between the column and the concrete structure is then sealed with a sealing strip (17) and the space within said strip is filled with casting concrete. <IMAGE>
