POWDER COATING COMPOSITION WITH SUPERIOR HEAT AND OIL RESISTANCE

PURPOSE: Provided is powder coating composition with superior heat and oil resistance which includes epoxy hardening agent and triglycidyl isocyanurate hardening agent together so that it improves heat and oil resistance effect. CONSTITUTION: The powder coating composition with superior heat and oil resistance comprises the components of: 40-60wt% of polyester resin with 20-50mgKOH/g in acid value; 3-10wt% of silicone modified epoxy hardening agent with 900-1400 equivalence; 2-6wt% of triglycidyl isocyanurate hardening agent with 70-120 equivalence; 0.8-3wt% of oxidation preventing agent wherein phosphite or the mixture of phosphite and phenols are mixed; 0.1-2wt% of oil-resistance improver for silicone polyacrylate resin with 1.3-2.0% in hydroxy radical content; and 0.08-0.5wt% of hardening promoter of fourth class salt.
