PURPOSE: A leveling apparatus for use in floor construction is provided to achieve an improved workability for maintaining horizontality of floor by adjusting the height of the floor in a precise manner, while reducing construction cost. CONSTITUTION: A leveling apparatus comprises a lower support unit(6) having a circular support panel(3) which has fixing ribs(2) protruded at an equal spacing from the outer periphery of the circular support panel, wherein each of fixing ribs has a fixing hole(1), and the lower support unit has a cylindrical body arranged at the center of the circular support panel and which has a male screw formed along the outer periphery of the cylindrical body; a height adjusting unit(12) having a cylindrical body with a female screw formed at the inner periphery of the cylindrical body so as to be screw-coupled to the cylindrical body of the lower support unit, wherein the cylindrical body of the height adjusting unit has a disk-shaped locator(8) arranged at the top of the cylindrical body; and a level joint(16) having a pair of rails(13) to be mounted and fixed onto the locator of the height adjusting unit, wherein the rail has a plurality of elongated holes(15) for fixing the rail to the locator and a plurality of grounding holes(18) formed at the outer surface of the rail body.
