GLASS CUTTING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A glass cutting device is provided which increases a heated area of the surface of the glass cutting part per hour by making the shape of laser beam linear by using galvano mirror or many transparent mirrors. Therefore, the cutting speed and straightness of the glass are significantly improved. CONSTITUTION: The glass cutting device comprises: (i) a work bench(T1) which fixes a flat glass to be cut(11) and moves the glass; (ii) a laser heating equipment(21) which is placed on the upper side of the glass having regular intervals and generates laser beam(L1) to heat the cutting part of the glass; (iii) a galvano mirror(M11) which receives the laser beam from the laser heating equipment and changes the moving route of the laser beam so that the laser beam is reflected on the cutting part of the glass; (iv) a motor(30) which is connected to the galvano mirror and controls the moving speed of the galvano mirror to make the shape of the laser beam linear on the cutting part of the glass; and (v) a cooling equipment which is moved along the same axis as that of the laser heating equipment and sprays cooling agent through a cooling nozzle on the heated glass to cut the glass.
