PURPOSE: A shine spectacles is provided, which has an addition of a function to light up, warm, or darken because of the heat and light of lamps to a previously invented shade spectacles which has no other selection except for using a function of both side folders to resolve shade part. CONSTITUTION: A shine spectacles is characterized in equipping a shade spectacles(100) with a system to manage a face using primarily lamps(1) which can emit heat and light. A shine spectacles comprises the parts of: (i) a power supplying part that is selected out of an adapter of DC 3 volt and a jack or a battery of DC 3V, 300mA and a battery holder; (ii) a substrate(4) where a resistance, a condenser, and a transistor, and a switch(3) by which one can select a function out of those of a shade spectacles and a shine spectacles; and (iii) lamps(1) that are made on the basis of 3 - 5pi.
