PURPOSE: A brake disk for reinforcing tread of a tire is provided to increase the tread of a wheel in proportion to speed of a vehicle by applying centrifugal force of a rotor to the caster of the wheel. CONSTITUTION: An elliptical cutting part(7) is formed in a body of a brake disk(3), and a major axis is inclined corresponding to the caster angle of wheel alignment of a vehicle. A rotor(11) is installed in the cutting part, and inserted to a drive shaft(9). The rotor is arranged parallel with the disk, and rotated with the brake disk. Centrifugal force of the rotor is applied for the caster of the wheel. The tread of the wheel is increased in proportion to increase of the vehicle speed.
