COLA TASTE OF GINSENG DRINK PREPARATION METHOD

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a kind of drink by using ginseng extract having excellent pharmacological effects and cola base and cola flavor is provided to serve high quality of cola flavored drink capable of nourishing and preventing obesity. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the following steps of: (i) mixing 0.1-0.5% of ginseng extract having 64% of solid with 5-15% of high fructose, 1.5-5% of sugar and refined water; (ii) adding 2-5% of citric acid, 0.01-0.05% of sodium citrate, 0.1-0.7% of cola base and 0.1-0.5% of cola flavor to the first mixture and adjusting the volume of the mixture to 100% by adding a fixed amount of refined water; (iii) filtrating the resulting solution and filling the solution in a container before filling the container with carbon dioxide.
