PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing conductive particles and a structure of conductive particles are provided to improve the reliability of conductive particles by using a flexible structure for lowering the hardness and reducing the stress. CONSTITUTION: Styrene-butadiene rubber particles of 1-30u are formed by using an emulsion polymerization method(S1). The styrene-butadiene rubber particles are separated by using a centrifugal separator or a filter paper(S2). The separated styrene-butadiene rubber particles are cleaned and dried(S3,S4). Conductive particles of a flexible structure are formed by plating nickel or gold on the styrene-butadiene rubber particles(S5,S6).
