PURPOSE: An I-shaped girder manufacturing method by introducing downward hydraulic pressure is provided to manufacture products close to estimated structural calculation value theoretically when planning by introducing downward hydraulic pressure without introducing upward hydraulic pressure or jacking in the state of contraposition vertically, to reduce a term and cost of construction by omitting an unnecessary process, to secure safety on construction and to prevent the disproportionate settlement of a workbench caused by excessive oil pressure. CONSTITUTION: An I-shaped girder manufacturing method by introducing downward oil pressure comprises the steps of: tamping and leveling an assembly site; installing a lower horizontal support by laying H-beams horizontally to support a vertical support; laying a lower vertical support vertically to endure the bending moment generated by oil pressure through structural calculation; installing a side plate as the suitable structure for the assembly of a truss type; installing a supporting bar for setting an I-shaped girder at the end; installing an oil hydraulic jack for raising and lowering a form for lower casing concrete; installing the form for lower casing concrete by assembling a bottom board and a side board of a form respectively; installing a fixing bracing not to generate eccentricity on a side plate of a workbench by oil pressure; installing an oil hydraulic cylinder and a loading plate frame at the point of L/4, 3L/4 or the easiest spot in due consideration of the characteristics of a beam; installing a steam pipe for curing the lower casing concrete surface vertically to spread high-temperature vapor uniformly; and dismantling the bracing for fixing a side plate and removing the beam after curing the concrete surface.
