PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical device having a novel constitution, television(TV) and a wall-hung TV. SOLUTION: The display performance of the electrooptical device, the TV and the wall-hung TV can be enhanced since a fixed electric field can be applied to a liquid crystal by providing a flattened film covering a transistor and consisting of organic resin or a flattened film covering a color filter or a black strip and by fixing the distance between substrates interposing the liquid crystal.
