PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitter for transmitting/receiving time, with which light emission itself changes in plural colors and further the feeling of hobby of a user can be satisfied by changing colors not to become one pattern. SOLUTION: On the anode side of respective LED 2, 3 and 4 in the light emitting colors of red(R), green(G) and blue(B), the common terminal of respective flash ID 5, 6 and 7 to become switching elements are connected and these respective plus terminals are commonly connected to the plus terminal of a Schottky diode 10 of a rectifying element. The cathode side of the LED 2, 3 and 4 and the minus terminal of the flash IC 5, 6 and 7 are commonly connected to the minus terminal of the Schottky diode 10. A circuit element connected and constituted like this is housed in a bullet-shaped cap 11.
