PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely open a valve element by a plunger even if an excessive sealing pressure or centrifugal force acts on the valve element. SOLUTION: The casing 28 of a check valve part 26 comprises a valve seat 31 for passing pressure oil, the valve element 32 for opening and closing the valve seat 31 and a spring 33 for energizing the valve element 32 in the closing direction. The casing 35 of a pilot operation part 27 comprises the plunger 36 for opening the valve element 32 against the energizing force of the spring 33, an auxiliary piston 37 for assisting the plunger 36 in the opening direction of the valve element 32, and a pressure guide port 38 for guiding pilot pressure P1 to the plunger 36 and the auxiliary piston 37. A rod 42 extending through a bulkhead 41 is integrally formed on the plunger 36, the auxiliary piston 36 is caulked to the rod 42, and a communication hole 4 for guiding the pilot pressure P1 to the plunger 36 side is formed in the rod 42.
