PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aromatic polycarbonate resin composition that provides good surface appearance as well as excellent mechanical properties such as chemical resistance, fatigue properties and rigidity to a molded article thereof, and to provide a molded article thereof. SOLUTION: This aromatic polycarbonate resin composition is prepared by blending 1-100 pts.wt. of a wollastonite (component c) having an aspect ratio L/D of 3-50, 0-7 pts.wt. of an olefin-type wax (component d) comprising a carboxyl group and/or a carboxylic acid anhydride group and 0-100 pts.wt. of an elastic polymer (component e) with 100 pts.wt. of a resin composition comprising 90-50 wt.% of an aromatic polycarbonate resin (component a) and 10-50 wt.% of a thermoplastic aromatic polyester resin (component b). The composition is used for molding an article for automobile use.
