PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the unsealing of a packaging sheet of a merchandise label to be stuck to the packaging sheet after food, boxes, etc., are packaged by using the packaging sheet, to obviate the degradation in the stickability of the merchandise label and to provide a packaging container composed of such merchandise label and the packaging sheet. SOLUTION: This merchandise label includes the label sheet 1 which is a label sheet for making display relating to the object to be packaged on a first sheet and is alternately formed with recessed parts and projecting parts 4 plural times in the prescribed parts at its edge and a tacky adhesive layer 13 formed on the second surface of the label sheet for fixing the label sheet to the packaging sheet.
