PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for economically elongating the life of a catalyst to be used in the reaction when producing cyclohexanebis(methylamine)s by hydrogenating cyclohexanedicarbonitriles. SOLUTION: This method for producing the cyclohexanebis(methylamine)s is characterized in that the hydrogenation is carried out by using a Raney cobalt catalyst containing manganese and carrying out the reaction in the presence of 0.1-1.5 mol water per mol of the cyclohexanedicarbonitriles.
