PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a position of each lead part and lower cost of an electronic control unit. SOLUTION: This embodiment has a pad part made of a resin, and a plurality of terminal units buried in the pad part, and also the respective terminal units comprise lead parts 47 which are arranged so as to be parallel to each other and expose terminal faces 47a, and in the terminal face 47a, a joining part for joining a bonding wire to the lead part 47 is formed. A corner part composed of two segments is formed in a predetermined part in the lead part 47. As the corner part is composed of the two segments, when images of the lead part 47 are read, it is possible to accurately recognize the corner part of the read image. It is possible to accurately and readily detect a position of the lead part 47. |
