PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the direction of a spray nozzle even after fixing a body and to hold the direction of the spray nozzle as it is. SOLUTION: The body 1 is formed with a circular through hole in the internal circumferential face. The through hole is formed with a taper with its tip side getting narrower partially. An inner member 2 is rotationally provided in the tapered face and the inner member 2 is formed with the spray nozzle 23 having different spray angles according to the direction about the spraying direction in its tip. A pull-out-prevention ring 4 is fitted from the rearward of the inner member 2 so as to pressurize the inner member 2. The body 1 is formed with male screw for fitting around the outer circumference of the body 1. An O-ring 3 is attached between the inner member 2 and the through hole. A slotted groove 24 is formed in the tip side end face of the inner member 2.
