PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience and flexibility by enabling a quick changeover between a bench and a table for use. SOLUTION: This outdoor bench has a seat part 1 and a seat back part 2. The seat part 1 is provided with the seat back part 2 such that the seat back part 2 can be freely turned around support parts 3 and disposed between a seat back use position S behind the seat part 1 and a table use position T before the seat part 1.
