PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a communication device which can accurately communicate data even if noise is mixed. SOLUTION: This communication device 300 whose transmitter 100 and receiver 110 are both supplied with in-phase electric power is equipped with the transmitter 100 having a 1st power source synchronous detection means 71 which outputs a 1st power source synchronizing signal S12 according to an electric power waveform, a transmission timing generating means 51a which outputs a 1st synchronizing signal S13 according to the 1st power source synchronizing signal S12, and a transmitting means 52a which sends a transmit signal S15 out according to the 1st synchronizing signal S13 and with the receiver 110 having a 2nd power source synchronous detection means 72 which outputs a 2nd power source synchronizing signal S16 according to the electric power waveform, a synchronous detection means 54 which outputs a 2nd synchronizing signal S18 according to the 2nd power source synchronizing signal, and a receiving means 52b which cryptanalyzes the transmit signal S15 according to the 2nd synchronizing signal.
