PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card issuing device which sends a card fed from a card storage part 33 into a card data processing part 34 without curving it. SOLUTION: The card storage part 33 which stores cards, a card payout part 32 which feeds a card from the card storage part 33, and the card data processing part 34 which processes data of the cards are provided in promiximity in a row arrangement. A card carrying means 35 for carrying the card in the direction where the card payout part 32 and card data processing part 34 are provided in promiximity in a row arrangement, is arranged. A carrier 131 of the card carrying means 35 moves between a reception position where the card fed from the card storage part 33 is received and a position where the card is sent into the card data processing part 34.
