PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transferring device capable of improving a data transferring speed. SOLUTION: A data transferring device 1 is provided with a first-in first-out buffer (FIFO) 2 and a controller 22 for controlling the FIFO 2. When a local bus is available, the controller 22 controls the FIFO 2 so that CPU access data having one or more words stored in the FIFO 2 can be successively transferred to a local memory 56, and that DMA access data having plural words stored in the FIFO 2 can be burst transferred to the local memory 56.
