PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which does not stop operation even when an interface IC generates a failure such as a short mode or the like against a common bus. SOLUTION: This system is constituted of a first PKG 8a functioning as a 0 system, a first PKG 8b functioning as a 1 system, a second PKG 9a functioning as a 0 system, a second PKG 9b functioning as a 1 system and a 0 system common bus 10a and a 1 system common bus 10b connecting the respective PKG. The first PKG 8a is constituted of a driver 11a for outputting data to the 0 system common bus 10a, a driver 12a for outputting data to the 1 system common bus 10b, a first bit selecting part (#1) 13a for selecting data, a receiver 14a for receiving the data from the 0 system common bus, a receiver 15a for receiving the data from the 1 system common bus, and a first bit selecting part (#2) 16a for selecting the data.
