PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image position relationship device capable of appropriately correcting a position relationship of an actual image and a presumed image without carrying out a physical optical axis adjustment and an adjusting work for attaching a CCD camera to a vehicle as a standard. SOLUTION: A coordinate data of an actual target 43 photographed by a CCD camera 21 and a coordinate data of a presumed target 45 theoretically calculated from a position of the actual target previously determined are fed to a superimpose circuit 29 and the actual target 43 and the presumed target 45 are superposingly indicated on a monitor picture 35. A user operates a controller 33 such that the actual target is coincident with the presumed target. Such a operation amount is fed to the superimpose circuit 29 as a correction amount and a position relationship of the actual target and the presumed target, i.e., a position relationship of an actual image and a presumed image is appropriately corrected.
