PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an excessive burden from being imposed on a connection part even if the axis direction of a cylindrical body does not coincide with that of a rotating table. SOLUTION: A connecting means 81 for drive-connecting a cylindrical body 11 for up-feeding pachinko balls, to a rotating table 19 for placing the cylindrical body 11 to rotate it around a cylindrical body axis 11g, is constituted to be drivable even when an intersecting angle between the cylindrical body axis 11g and the axis 19g of the rotating table 19 changes during rotation. The pachinko ball up-feeding device can thereby be operated continuously even when the cylindrical body 11 is inclined.
