PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sequences of a polynucleotide and a polypeptide in a new protein that belongs to the G protein conjugated receptor(GPCR), additionally provide a method for producing the polypeptide and the use thereof. SOLUTION: The sequence of the polypeptide comprises (a) a polypeptide that has the deduced amino acid sequence that can be translated from the specific polynucleotide sequence originating from human, the mutants, fragments, homologues, analogues and derivatives thereof; (b) a human-originating specific polypeptide, and the mutants, fragments, homologues, analogues and derivatives thereof; or (c) a polypeptide encoded by the cDNA or NCIMB 41068, and the mutants, fragments, homologues, analogues and derivatives thereof. |
