PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system of an electronic commercial transaction for negotiating a discount for the price of merchandise to be purchased by a user instead of the user. SOLUTION: The commercial transaction is composed of a net shop (drawing 1-1), the user (drawing 1-3) and an acting discount negotiator (drawing 1-2). The price of the merchandise to be purchased by the user at the net shop is transmitted to the acting discount negotiator and the surrogate discount negotiator negotiates the discount with the net shop instead of the user. |
