PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body detecting device which never misrecognizes an image like a shadow moving on a road surface as a moving vehicle and to provide a vehicle detecting device which can recognize even a vehicle stopping for a long time separately from a background. SOLUTION: A distance difference discrimination part is provided which measures and stores distances to each point of the background in the form of a background-distance map and compares it with current distance information. |
