PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end face protected photoresist film roll in which the lowering of the function of a sheetlike drying agent due to dew condensation is suppressed even when the roll is exposed to low temperature and returned to room temperature and the exudation of the resist from the end faces is suppressed even in long-term storage at room temperature and even under an external temperature change. SOLUTION: A photoresist film is rolled up on a cylindrical core 6 to obtain a photoresist film roll 5 and a thermoplastic resin sheet 1 having holes which pierce through the core and a sheetlike drying agent 2 are successively disposed on each end face of the photoresist film roll 5. |
