PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device, that has a bypass capacitor having a structure for easily automating designing and has the bypass capacitor which utilizes space efficiently. SOLUTION: This semiconductor device is provided with a semiconductor substrate 20, first wiring 4 and 24 provided on the semiconductor substrate 20, second wirings 5 and 25 provided on the semiconductor substrate, and one or plural capacity cells 3, 34, and 35. Each of the capacity cells 3, 34, and 35 includes a bypass capacitor for electrically connecting the first wiring 4 and the second wiring 5. |
